Job Scope :

• Deliver nursing care to inpatients in medical and surgical wards.
• Administer medication and monitor patient progress.
• Support doctors and multidisciplinary teams in treatment and rehabilitation.
• Maintain accurate documentation and ensure smooth handover.
• Uphold infection control and safety standards.
