Roles & Responsibilities

🎯 Job Purpose

To oversee end-to-end construction operations, manpower deployment, project coordination, safety compliance, and resource planning to ensure smooth, timely, and cost-efficient completion of construction projects in alignment with BCA, MOM, WSH, and industry standards .

📌 Key Roles & Responsibilities

1️⃣ Strategic Operations & Project Oversight

• Lead and manage daily construction operations across multiple project sites
• Develop operational plans, workflows, and resource allocation schedules
• Establish operational KPIs and ensure project progress meets milestones
• Coordinate with Project Managers, Engineers, QS, and subcontractors
• Conduct weekly operations review and management reports
