- Support the General Manager to develop an integrated, value-added customer and market specific business plan that designed to drive volume, consumption, share and profitability in designated channel(s)
- Assist to set directions on distribution, pricing and developing sales incentive programs for both Modern and Traditional retail
- Lead sales team includes Key accounts and sales operation. Same time he / she will support trade marketing team to ensure delivery of business objectives & targets through a robust business planning process
- Handle the day-to-day business operation issues, addressing sales gaps and developing sales recovery plans together with the sales team for both Modern and Traditional Channels
- Lead the negotiation with the retailers on trading terms, listing fees and all other charges increase and imposed by the local retailers in assigned channels
- Work directly with some key retail customers, responsibility include preparation and submission of proposals and plans, keeping track of customer sales performance and post evaluation on activations.
Requirements
Degree holder in Business Studies or its equivalent with minimum 10 years working experiences in FMCG companies in various functions (Sales / Marketing / Trade Marketing / Channel Development)Possess strong planning and analytical skills, good business acumen, excellent communication and negotiation skills, creative and the ability to operate at the strategic level and meticulous with details.Competency in Microsoft Excel & PowerPoint with analysis capability, understanding of market knowledge, strong selling & presentation skill coupled with strong communication skill.Interested candidate to submit resume stating current / last drawn salary and salary expectation.
