Overview
Reporting directly to the Group Marketing Director, the Senior Marketing Manager will lead CÉ LA VI’s marketing initiatives in Singapore. Combining a passion for hospitality with a proven track record in strategic marketing, this role takes a hands-on approach to driving brand presence, digital engagement, and innovative campaigns, while guiding and inspiring a talented in-house marketing team.
What You’ll Do
- Develop and execute the Singapore marketing & communications plan in line with brand goals.
- Initiate and deliver innovative campaigns, events, and activations from concept to execution.
- Collaborate across business divisions and with external vendors to ensure smooth coordination and impactful outcomes.
- Build and nurture brand partnerships and collaborations that strengthen market positioning.
- Manage agencies across PR, media, and communications to deliver measurable results.
- Lead digital marketing strategies that drive online engagement, reservations, and ticket sales.
- Oversee creation and execution of compelling content across all mediums and channels.
- Draft and edit press releases, media pitches, and key messaging for announcements.
- Monitor and analyse the effectiveness of marketing and PR initiatives, providing regular performance reports.
- Lead, mentor, and guide a small team including a Marketing Executive, Graphic Designer, Content Creator, and Social Media Executive.
- Manage and optimise the Singapore marketing budget.
- Uphold brand standards and ensure consistency across all communication platforms.
What We’re Looking For
A degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field.Minimum of 8 years’ experience in a senior marketing role, ideally within hospitality, lifestyle, or luxury sectors.Strong oral, written, and presentation skills with proven ability to manage media relations and craft high-quality communications.A confident team player with leadership experience.Highly proactive project manager with creativity, resourcefulness, and meticulous attention to detail.Key Performance Indicators
