Roles & Responsibilities

About the Company

Our client is a well-established organization with a strong presence in the transport and infrastructure sector.

Responsibilities

We are looking for an experienced Software Developer (Java) to design, build, and maintain scalable enterprise applications.

Design, develop and maintain Java-based application, ensuring code is clean and scalable;
Participate in the full software development lifecycle, including requirements gathering, coding, testing and deployment;
Troubleshoot issues, participate in code reviews, and maintain accurate technical documentation;
Provide L3 support, implementing enhancements and resolving bugs;
Optimise code and applications to improve performance and reliability;
Work closely with cross-functional teams for resolution of critical issues.

Requirements

Tertiary education in information technology, computer science or any relevant discipline;

At least 3 years of experience in a similar role would be an advantage;

Strong proficiency in Java and its frameworks, as well as SQL and Oracle databases;

Familiarity with cloud services would be an advantage;

Driven attitude with a willingness to learn new technologies and skills;

Ability to work well independently;

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

Employment Details

This role is located in East Singapore;

Hybrid work arrangement.
