We’re Hiring : Bar Captain, Cabana

Love working with people? Enjoy creating good vibes and great experiences? As the friendly face behind the bar , you'll play a key role in delivering warm hospitality, crafting beverages with care, and ensuring our members enjoy a welcoming and relaxing experience.

Whether you’re recommending a drink or keeping the bar in tip-top shape, your energy and attention to detail help bring the Club's dining experience to life.

Key Responsibilities

• Welcome members and guests warmly, making them feel right at home.
• Inform members about current promotions & specials and answer their queries.
• Accurately take beverage orders using suggestive selling techniques and ensure prompt entry into the POS system.
• Prepare beverage orders with care and consistency.
• Keep the bar area clean, organised, and presentable at all times.
• Minimise waste, breakages and mishandling of equipment or supplies.
• Handle feedback professionally and ensure guests' satisfaction.
• Maintain hygiene and safety standards.
• Adhere to the Club’s policies, SOPs, and grooming standards.
• Any other duties assigned to support F&B operations.
