About the Role :

This position is responsible for overseeing construction projects, ensuring compliance with regulations and maintaining site safety. The ideal candidate will have at least 10 years of experience in civil projects, specifically in earthwork, structural steel works, and reinforced concrete structural works.

Main Responsibilities :

• Pre-construction Phase : Review C1ivil & Structural working drawings and shop drawings.
• Collaboration : Organize regular meetings with sub-contractor's technical teams and work closely with Design team and LTA / QPS to resolve execution issues.
• Construction Supervision : Site supervision of structures such as pile cap, underground tanks, base slab, column, RC beams, Capping beam, RC and PC beam connections, ramps, steel and RC struts, hanging sumps and staircases.

Key Skills :

The successful candidate should possess excellent knowledge of AutoCAD, MS Project, P6, and other related software. Additionally, proficiency in welding, rebar, waterproofing, and reinforced concrete is essential.

Requirements :

A minimum of 10 years of experience in civil projects, specifically in earthwork, structural steel works, and reinforced concrete structural works is required. Knowledge of Singapore construction regulations and laws is also essential.
