Roles & Responsibilities :
- Support account managers in building strong customer relationships and maintaining existing accounts.
- Prepare sales quotations, proposals, and tender submissions in a timely manner.
- Work closely with the technical team to align solutions with customer requirements.
- Conduct product presentations and online demonstrations to prospects and customers.
- Maintain accurate records of leads, opportunities, and activities in the CRM system.
- Stay updated with industry trends, product knowledge, and competitor offerings.
Requirements :
Diploma / Degree in Business, IT, Marketing, or equivalent discipline.At least 1 year of experience in IT sales, inside sales, or customer engagement (fresh graduates with strong interest in sales are welcome to apply).Strong communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.Goal-oriented, self-motivated, and able to work independently as well as in a team.Proficient in MS Office applications; knowledge of CRM systems will be an added advantage.Interest in IT and cybersecurity solutions will be highly valued.Working Hours :
9 : 00am to 6 : 00pm (Mondays to Fridays)
