Job description

Job Responsibilities

Responsible for the planning and maintenance of AVL (Audio, Visual, and Lighting) systems across all facilities
Manage and supervise a team to ensure all maintenance and repair schedules are completed in a safe and timely manner.
Develop and implement a structured Preventive and Predictive Maintenance program, along with Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) for the team.
Oversee spare parts planning and manage third-party vendors for selected outsourced work.
Plan and manage the OPEX and CAPEX budgets.
Design, plan, procure, and lead system improvement projects.

Job Requirements

Degree or Diploma in Electrical, Electronics, Communication, Computer Engineering, Multimedia, or Audio-Visual Engineering

Minimum 5 years of supervisory experience in managing the design and installation of Audio-Visual and Lighting systems.

Prior experience working in festivals, theme park & attraction setting is advantageous.

Proficient knowledge of AV servers, PC / Networking, PLC, Automation, and control systems.

Ability to perform shift work (day or night), including weekends and public holidays.

Ability to work at height.
