Roles & Responsibilities

The Job

• Work closely with team lead in analysing procurement data, performing data cleansing, and generating actionable insights to improve procurement processes.
• Analyze user feedback and procurement data to identify bottlenecks, pain points, and recommend practical process enhancements.
• Assist in change management by coordinating system-related issues and preparing recommendation reports for stakeholders.
• Review procurement documents to ensure compliance with the Government Instruction Manual (IM) and promote value-for-money procurement.
• Provide advice to internal teams and affiliated organisations on procurement-related matters.
• Assist in reviewing procurement templates, forms, and reorganising materials on internal platforms.
