Roles & Responsibilities

Job Description :

As an Engineer specializing in Projects and Services, your roles involve :

• Design and Development : You will be responsible for developing designs that meet project requirements in collaboration with the project team.
• Implementation : You will carry out the deployment of the in-house system (e.g., Intercom, Nurse call and Speed Enforcement System), work also include coordinating with contractors and stakeholders to ensure timely and cost-effective delivery.
• Testing & Troubleshooting : You will be responsible for testing and troubleshooting the system to meet standards and resolve issues.
• Documentation : You will create and maintain technical specification, user manuals, work instruction and other documentation related to the project.
• Stakeholder management : You will manage stakeholder expectations by communicating project status, risks, and issues, and build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders.
• Quality Control : You will perform regular quality control checks and audits to ensure system meet required quality standards and take corrective actions, as necessary.
• Maintenance and Support : You will be responsible for carrying out maintenance works on the system you have deployed. This will involve performing routine checks, identifying, and resolving issues, and conducting repairs or replacement as necessary to ensure that the system continues to function effectively.
