What will you do
Project & Service Management :
- Direct all project phases, from initiation and planning to execution and completion.
- Monitor and control project schedules, quality standards, and budgets.
- Address scope definitions, project disputes, and integration challenges, ensuring aligned outcomes.
- Supervise the project's financials and ensure precise cost / revenue forecasting.
- Mitigate project overruns and transition projects seamlessly into operations in line with client requirements.
Customer / Vendor / Stakeholder Management :
Oversee contracts and subcontractor engagements.Foster stakeholder engagement and champion decisions that optimize project outcomes.Cultivate enduring client relationships, consistently exceeding their expectations.Implement change controls in sync with customer needs and business imperatives.Business Development :
Proactively pinpoint areas for service expansion or improvement.Engage in tender processes, provide strategic inputs, and ensure compliance with requirements.Collaborate with the pre-sales team to guarantee that proposals are thoroughly analyzed in terms of benefits and costs.Team Management :
Lead and inspire a high-caliber team, instilling a culture of innovation.Administer team performance, ensuring individual and staff productivity.Champion professional growth within the team, facilitating continuous skill enhancement.The ideal candidate should possess :
