Key

Responsibilities

Accounts

Support

Handle daily data entry

of invoices, receipts, payments, and expenses into the accounting

system.

Assist in the preparation of monthly

financial statements, bank reconciliations, and

reports.

Support Accounts Payable and Accounts

Receivable functions.

Maintain proper filing of

financial documents and

records.

Administrative

Support

Perform general office

administration, including answering calls, handling correspondence,

and scheduling appointments.

Maintain office

supplies and equipment, liaising with vendors when

necessary.

Prepare reports, letters, and other

documents as required.

Assist in coordinating

meetings and company

events.

Requirements

Diploma

or certificate in Accounting, Business Administration, or

equivalent qualification.

1-3 years of relevant

experience in administration and accounts

support.

Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel)

and accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, MYOB, Xero, or

others).

Strong organizational and multitasking

skills with attention to detail.

Good

communication skills, both written and

verbal.

Ability to work independently as well as

in a team.

Preferred

Attributes

Positive

working attitude, resourceful, and willing to

learn.

Able to handle confidential information

with integrity.

Prior experience in

small / medium-sized companies is an

advantage.

Remuneration

Details : Monthly

salary ranges from $2,600 up to $3,000

5-day

work week (8.30am - 5.30pm)
