They are dedicated to quality delivery standards with thousands of engineers globally supporting projects. They have an international presence worldwide and are looking out for Senior System Engineers to join their team and contribute to their ongoing success.

Location : AMK (Need to travel to client sites as and when)

Working hours : Monday to Friday, Standard Office Hours

Responsibilities :

• Provide technical consultancy advice on system configuration and overall design
• Implement system infra expansion design and configure Monitor System Performance
• Assist clients to verify, isolate and provide a temporary work around for the incident / problem logged.
• Resolve system incident / problem onsite.
• Escalate unsolvable problems and service requests to the System or Software Engineer and report escalations to Operation / Project Manager.
• Generate relevant administrative records and reports.
• Apply operating system updates, patches, and configuration changes.
• Upkeep and maintain configuration of the system.
• Contacting OEM / Vendor / subcontractor for technical support.
