Maintenance Supervisor - Islandwide, SG

Roles & Responsibilities

The Maintenance Supervisor is responsible to assist the Maintenance Manager / Assistant Maintenance Manager in the operation and maintenance of the building to ensure a high standard of upkeep and maintenance to the satisfaction of the building owner and guests / tenants.

To assist the Maintenance Manager / Assistant Maintenance Manager to carry alteration and addition works, major replacement of equipments, tenancy works of the building, etc, as may be required from time to time to meet the needs that have arisen.

This role reports directly to the Maintenance Manager / Assistant Maintenance Manager

Job Descriptions

• Perform hands-on repairs & general maintenance work on various systems, including M&E, plumbing & sanitary, air-conditioning, electrical / lighting, painting, and carpentry.
• Troubleshoot issues and implement effective solutions.
• Ensure compliance with building and fire safety regulations.
• Follow established maintenance strategies and company policies for a safe environment.
• Coordinate with other departments for smooth operations.
• Communicate effectively with supervisors and colleagues regarding maintenance status and issues.
• Perform related ad-hoc tasks as assigned.
• Able to provide support to other departments.
• Participate in company's sustainability effort for the environment and being an inclusive employer.
