Roles & Responsibilities
Project location : Jalan Bukit Merah
Job Description :
- Able to work within a team and resolve issues associate with site inspection.
- Perform critical standing supervision and oversee daily site activities, ensuring all works align with approved drawings and specifications.
- Attend to project meetings, site audits, and independently prepare detailed site progress reports.
- Coordinate and liaison with Engineers to address contractor inquiries and technical clarifications.
- Witness inspections, testing, and commissioning conducted by subcontractors, ensuring compliance with quality standards, designs and specifications.
- Compile and manage documentation of equipment, materials, inspections, and test certificates submitted by contractors for project records.
- Review of drawings and technical specifications
- Support project planning, preparation of design documentation, and submission to relevant authorities.
- Ensure company's safety protocols and compliance are complied with regulatory requirements.
- Maintain site records, including daily reports, progress updates, and inspection logs.
- Perform additional tasks assigned.
- Commence in September / October 2025
Requirements :
Diploma / Degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering from a recognised tertiary institution.Experience in supervision of Mechanical Services installation for local Healthcare would be added advantage.A registered Resident Engineer with IES / ACES is an added advantage.Minimum 8 years’ working experience as a Resident Engineer on local projects.Excellent Interpersonal and Communication skills.Please submit your full resume, contact number(s), current & expected salary, copies of educational certificates and date of availability in your application
