Job Responsibilities

• Own the product lifecycle from problem definition to release and continuous improvement.
• Collaborate with stakeholders and users to identify and refine the problem statement.
• Develop product strategy, roadmap, and business case to secure funding and resources.
• Coordinate with design and engineering teams to deliver product increments on time.
• Define success metrics, set up dashboards, and track outcomes to inform iterations.
• Lead product adoption and change management efforts to drive business impact.
• Continuously measure and improve product performance based on user feedback and data
