Job Description

• Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business objectives and translate them into analytical requirements.
• Perform deep-dive analysis on client segments to uncover behavioral patterns, growth opportunities and engagement strategies.
• Design, develop and maintain dashboards, reports and visualisations that support data-driven decision-making.
• Present complex analytical findings in a clear, actionable manner to non-technical stakeholders.
• Integrate and transform data from multiple sources to build unified datasets for comprehensive segment analysis.
