Roles & Responsibilities

Product Manager

We are looking for a driven Product Manager with strong product ownership and Agile experience to lead product vision, manage backlogs, and work closely with cross-functional teams to deliver impactful, user-centric digital solutions.

Working Hours : Mon–Fri
Location : Central
Salary : Up to $10k (basic) + AWS

Key Responsibilities

Lead product ownership by defining, prioritizing, and managing the product backlog in alignment with business objectives.

Act as the key decision-maker for product matters, providing clarity to stakeholders and development teams.

Collaborate with business users to translate requirements into clear user stories, acceptance criteria, and functional specifications.

Shape and refine the product vision based on customer feedback, market insights, and evolving business needs.

Function as Product Owner within Agile teams, partnering with Scrum Masters and engineers to drive effective delivery.

Oversee sprint planning, backlog refinement, reviews, and continuous improvement initiatives.

Facilitate strong communication between business and technical stakeholders to ensure alignment and smooth execution.

Lead and coordinate UAT activities with stakeholders to validate features and ensure readiness for deployment.

Champion user experience, working closely with UX / UI teams to deliver intuitive and customer-focused solutions.

Apply strong Agile practices, communication, and problem-solving skills; proficiency in tools such as Jira and Confluence is required. CSPO / PSPO certifications or startup experience are advantageous.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s in Business, Computer Science, or related field

5+ years as a Business Analyst, Product Owner, or Product Manager in Agile environments.

Strong knowledge of Agile (Scrum, Kanban).

Excellent communication, facilitation, and problem-solving skills.

Proficient with JIRA, Confluence, and Agile tools.

Startup experience and CSPO / PSPO certification are advantages.
