About the role

Join our globally respected brand and play a key role in ensuring the quality of one of the world’s most essential foods. As a Quality Technician , you’ll be part of our Global Rice team, conducting a wide range of product analyses to uphold the highest standards of quality and compliance.

This is a permanent position , reporting to the Senior Quality Manager (Pacific & Asia), you’ll work in a dynamic, international environment where your expertise will directly contribute to product excellence and customer satisfaction. Key responsibilities include :

• Ensuring a high degree of accuracy in testing / analyses and overseeing the calibration and use of analytical instruments within the laboratory.
• Communicate effectively with other business units within SunRice to coordinate analysis and report results.
• Supporting function on overall quality day-to-day operations and administrative, including maintaining finished product specifications database; assisting in conducting trend analysis in consumer complaints and SNRs, and upkeeping the quality management systems, procedures, and vendor risk register.
