Job descriptionCandidate must possess at least Diploma / Advanced / Higher / Graduate Diploma in Maritime Studies or equivalent. Able to spead and read Mandarin. Strong Interpersonal and communication skills Proficiency in MS Word / Excel / Power Point preferred. year working experience in the related field is preferred for this position. Preferably Junior Executive specialized in Logistics / Maritime or Equivalent. Able to multi-task and work independently
Roles & Responsibilities
Job Duties
- Maintain and update service fleet’s schedule in internal system.
- Coordinate with partners for the loading of dangerous cargo, OOG cargo.
- Summarize the productive figures following the required period.
- Settle the slot charge with partners based on the actual loading.
- Monitor the voyage space utilization.
- Provide customer service to the concerned agents or direct clients.
- Prepare the schedule recovery plan once the vessel is in delay.
- Keep close contact with partners to operate smoothly for joint service.
- Control the fuel consumption for vessel daily operation.
- Cooperate to work with all related departments internally.
- Maintain good relationships with agents, carriers, and customers.
- Other ad-hoc duties as assigned by your supervisor.
