Facilities Coordinator - UBI MRT #HKF - Islandwide, SG

Roles & Responsibilities

🕘 Mon–Fri | Office Hours

💰 Salary : Up to 4000

🔧 Job scope :

✅ Coordinate equipment maintenance & calibration

✅ Work with vendors (e.g., pest control, waste mgmt)

✅ Oversee HVAC, pumps, compressors & more

✅ Manage preventive maintenance contracts

✅ Ensure safety reporting & compliance

✅ Keep all SOPs & documentation up-to-date

✅ Support audits & validated environments

✅ Train users on equipment systems

🎓 Requirements :

📚 Min Degree in Engineering / Biomedical Sciences or related

🛠️ Min 1+ year in ISO17025 / GMP / GLP environment preferred

💻 IT & systems knowledge is a plus (GAMP5, USP

💬 Strong communication & organizational skills
