Responsibilities :
Assist with month-end closing and year-end closing
processes.
Prepare monthly and annual
management reports (BS, PL and relevant schedules) and simple
consolidation.
Assist with basic financial
analysis and schedules for internal reporting.
Record bank transactions and reconcile bank statements
with company records.
Assist in the
reconciliation of intercompany transactions and balances
Preparing and submitting tax returns, including GST, and
ensuring compliance with relevant regulations.
Support the preparation of audit schedules and respond to
auditor inquiries
Any other ad-hoc duties as
assigned by senior
staff.
Requirements :
Degree in Accountancy, ACCA / CPA qualified (or equivalent
practical experience).
Minimum 1 year of
experience in an accounting or finance-related role, or fresh
graduates with a strong understanding of accounting
principles.
Basic knowledge of accounting
principles (e.g., journal entries, consolidation, basic
reporting).
Proficient in Microsoft Office,
especially Excel.
Familiarity with accounting
software (e.g., Microsoft Dynamic 365) is an advantage.
Detail-oriented with the ability to prioritize
tasks.
Willingness to learn and take on new
responsibilities.
