Roles & Responsibilities

• $4,000–$4,500 + $80 Mobile reimbursement
• Mon–Fri : 8.45am – 5.30pm
• South (near Labrador MRT station)(Shuttle service from Queenstown MRT)

Responsibilities :

Provide technical support for software, hardware, and solutions to stakeholders (service technicians, sales team, helpdesk, customers), including diagnosing equipment malfunctions and troubleshooting remotely or on-site

Support pre-sales activities with technical and solutions expertise

Conduct training on products, software, and solutions for sales and service teams

Provide technical expertise and collaborate with cross-functional teams (Marketing, Visual Solution Products)

Create learning materials and service tips to ensure effective knowledge transfer to service technicians

Install software solutions and conduct training sessions for customers

Issue spare parts and consumables to service technicians

Salary :

$4,000–$4,500 + $80 Mobile reimbursement

Requirements :

Minimum Diploma in Engineering or related field

3 – 5 years of relevant experience preferred

Proficient in MCSE and Microsoft Office

Strong communication and interpersonal skills

Customer-service oriented with structured and organised approach

Resilient, adaptable, and able to stay focused

Able to work independently and make sound decisions, escalating when necessary
