Roles & Responsibilities

Job Duties :

• Support project delivery and implementation, ensuring quality and timely completion.
• Gather and document business requirements, rules, and solutions aligned with project objectives.
• Work with stakeholders and project leads to maintain timelines and resolve issues proactively.
• Develop and execute UAT, including test scenarios, documentation, and defect tracking with IT.
• Lead discussions on defect resolution and follow up on system fixes.
• Prepare training materials, conduct user training, and perform post-deployment verification.
• Drive continuous improvement by identifying opportunities to enhance processes and system efficiency.
