Job descriptionShould have minimum 6-8 years of experience in application support activities. ITIL certification. Good understanding of Capital Markets Domain and market activities. Sound Knowledge on Regulatory Reporting (MAS, HKMA, EMIR, JFSA, CFTC, MIFID) Exposure to the Capital Markets with proficiency in financial instruments (Bonds, Rates, Equity, etc..), trading lifecycle and market data. Relevant experience with working with external source like Bloomberg, Reuters. Good Understanding of ITIL Concepts. Proven experience in technical proficiency with strong skills in SQL. Basic Understanding of Kubernetes and Docker and any cloud platform. Basic Understanding on NO-SQL DB. High level of proficiency in Unix / Linux, PowerShell scripting and python Should be able to do
o SLA & KPI management, client communication & interaction
o Predictive analysis, consulting, escalation management
o Risk analysis and project execution
- Appetite for continuous improvement and automation.
- Strong knowledge in XML, PL / SQL, MQ, CFT and Control-M, Kafka.
- Knowledge of monitoring and Observality solutions (E.g. ITRS Geneos, Elastic Search, Grafana)
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills.
