Job Description

You will be responsible for managing the full lifecycle of IT and FinTech projects, ensuring smooth operations of online applications and timely delivery of high-quality solutions. This includes requirement gathering, user acceptance testing, training, implementation, and ongoing system enhancements .

Key Responsibilities

Lead end-to-end project management, from planning to execution

Coordinate internal teams and external partners for flawless delivery

Monitor progress, manage resources, and ensure service levels are met

Identify risks, recommend mitigation strategies, and maintain project documentation

Build strong client and stakeholder relationships through clear communication

Foster a high-performance culture by setting KPIs and driving team productivity

Escalate issues appropriately and support continuous improvement initiatives

The Successful Applicant

Minimum Diploma / Degree in Computer Science or IT related field

Relevant working experience as a Business Analyst in the IT / FinTech industry

Strong communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively with teams and clients

Hands-on experience in software development and web technologies
