Roles & Responsibilities

• Handle full spectrum of store operations including receiving, storing, issuing, picking, packing, labelling, documenting, and delivery of goods.
• Assist transport drivers with deliveries and movement of goods when required, including hand-carry items.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date inventory records using Excel and relevant systems.
• Report any discrepancies such as shortages, damages, or packing issues to the relevant team.
• Ensure good housekeeping and proper organization of the storage area for efficient daily dispatch.
• Coordinate closely with the logistics team to ensure timely delivery of inventory and minimize delays.
• Liaise effectively with internal teams including Purchasing, Technical, and Workshop to meet material and logistics needs.
• Support loading and unloading of equipment and goods.
• Conduct periodic stock checks and share findings with stakeholders.
• Ensure proper handling, stacking, and storage to avoid damage or safety hazards.
• Monitor stock levels, ensure proper utilization of resources, and raise requisitions when needed.
• Maintain security of the store and restrict unauthorized access.
• Contribute ideas to improve warehouse and logistics processes.
• Uphold safety management procedures at all times.
• Carry out any other duties as assigned to support operations.
