Roles & Responsibilities
1. Handle partial AR and AP duties.
2. Perform data entry of daily accounting entries into account system.
3. Checking of supplier / vendors invoices.
4. Assist in month and closing accounts.
5. Prepare of Bank Reconciliation, Audit Schedules and other reconciliations.
6. Maintaining proper filling system to ensure files are recorder and kept.
7. Handle day-to-day administrative tasks and ad hoc task as assigned.
8. Issue tax invoice / credit note upon request (volume is small).
9. Prepare monthly statement of accounts to customer (SOA)
10. GST preparations.
11. Work closely with Accounts Executive to ensure smooth operations of all finance matters.
