Roles & Responsibilities

Our client, an expanding construction and engineering company in Singapore, is expanding. Join them in this exciting journey as an :

Accounts Executive

Responsibilities :

• Handle full set of accounts
• Responsible for monthly accounting reconciliation
• Assist with financial accounting and preparation of financial schedules (General Ledger, Accounts Receivable, Accounts Payable, Fixed Assets) to achieve monthly timely closing of accounts
• Process payroll and CPF
• Process employee work passes applications and renewals
• Deal with external and internal queries by phone and email.
