Job description

Job Scope : Project Management :

  • Plan and execute projects, ensuring efficient resource allocation and effective budget management.
  • Lead cross-functional Agile teams to deliver projects on time and to specification.
  • Implement tools and processes to improve project tracking, communication, and productivity.
  • Oversee the lifecycle management of platform components, including roadmap planning and delivery.
  • Manage relationships with stakeholders, present updates, align expectations, and drive collaborative solutions.
  • Identify and mitigate risks through proactive planning and communication.

Business Analysis :

  • Collaborate on the development and integration of innovative AI and Big Data solutions.
  • Apply technical knowledge of Big Data technologies and metadata management tools to analyze and optimize workflows.
  • Translate business requirements into detailed user stories, journeys, and process maps.
  • Conduct user journey walkthroughs to address pain points and enhance user experiences.
  • Develop and maintain comprehensive documentation, including user playbooks and guides.

    • Job Qualifications :

  • Degree in Computer Science or any related discipline.
  • At least 5 years of relevant experience in project management and business analysis for project implementations in the banking / insurance / financial services industry.
  • Technical knowledge of Big Data platforms and tools with a good analytical mindset.
  • Familiar in Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, and Business Intelligence is highly advantageous.
  • Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills, with experience engaging diverse audiences.
  • Proficiency in tools for modelling, workflow analysis, and collaboration.
  • A collaborative, solution-focused approach and a commitment to driving results.
  • Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills, with experience in presenting to steering committees.
  • Proficiency in modelling and analysis tools such as Visio, JIRA, and Confluence.
  • Certification in Scrum Master and / or Project Management Professional (PMP).
