Job Description
We are seeking a driven and dynamic Business Development Associate to support our growth strategy. This role is a hybrid of account management and new business acquisition, perfect for someone who enjoys building strong client relationships while also identifying and securing new opportunities.
Key Responsibilities
Account Management & Growth
- Serve as the main point of contact for a portfolio of existing clients, ensuring consistent engagement and satisfaction
- Deepen client relationships by understanding evolving needs and offering value-added solutions
- Identify and execute upsell and cross-sell opportunities to drive account growth
- Monitor client performance and feedback to ensure high retention and renewal rates
New Business Acquisition
Prospect and engage potential clients through networking, referrals, and eventsUnderstand prospects’ business challenges and present tailored solutionsConduct presentations, product demos, and proposals to key decision-makersCollaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth onboarding for new clientsGeneral
Meet or exceed account growth and acquisition targetsMaintain accurate CRM records and pipeline updatesStay updated on industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activitiesRequirements
Diploma / Bachelor’s in Business, Marketing, or related field1–3 years’ experience in business development, sales, or account management (fresh graduates with strong communication skills may be considered)Ability to manage multiple client relationships and priorities effectivelyStrong communication and interpersonal skillsSelf-motivated with a results-driven mindsetWhat We Offer
