Job descriptionDiploma or Degree in Engineering, Manufacturing, Industrial Management, or a related field. Minimum 3–5 years of experience in a manufacturing / production environment, with at least 1 year in a supervisory or team lead role. Strong understanding of production planning, machine operations, and manufacturing best practices.
Roles & Responsibilities
Job Decription :
- Assist the Production Manager in planning, organizing, and monitoring production schedules to meet daily output targets.
- Supervise and coordinate activities of production workers to ensure smooth workflow and optimal productivity.
- Monitor production processes and adjust schedules as needed to accommodate changes or disruptions.
- Ensure all manufacturing operations comply with company quality standards, safety policies, and regulatory requirements.
- Identify and troubleshoot production issues to minimize downtime and wastage.
- Collaborate with quality, maintenance, and warehouse teams to ensure end-to-end operational efficiency.
- Support continuous improvement initiatives
- Assist in training, guiding, and evaluating production staff to improve skills and performance.
- Maintain accurate production records, reports, and documentation.
- Handle any other production-related tasks or ad hoc duties as assigned by the Engineering Director.
