Roles & Responsibilities

About the role

As part of the coaching department, you will support the head coach in all aspects of team preparation, development, and match execution. This role involves assisting in the design and conduct of training sessions, providing tactical and technical input.

Your responsibilities will include :

• Assist the head coach in planning and executing training programs.
• Support tactical analysis and provide strategic input for matches.
• Help to manage players' development through individual and group coaching.
• Monitor players’ fitness and recovery in coordination with the medical team.
• Provide regular performance feedback to players.
• Contribute to scouting, video analysis, and opponent preparation.
• Maintain good communication with coaching staff, players, and club management.
