This role is crucial in ensuring smooth sales operations by processing orders, assisting the sales team, and providing excellent customer service. Key Responsibilities - Order Processing : - Manage and process sales orders, quotes, and contracts with accuracy and efficiency. - Ensure timely updates and proper documentation of sales transactions. - Customer Service : - Provide exceptional support to customers, addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly. - Escalate complex concerns to relevant departments when necessary. - Sales Team Support : - Assist the sales team with administrative tasks such as generating reports and maintaining records. - Register the company as an approved vendor when required. Qualifications - Education : Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Sales, Marketing, or a related field. Equivalent work experience will also be considered. - Communication Skills : Strong verbal and written communication skills to interact effectively with sales teams, customers, and internal stakeholders. - Time Management : Ability to prioritize tasks, manage multiple requests, and meet deadlines in a dynamic work environment. - Organizational Skills : Detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently. - Personality : A proactive team player with a positive attitude, accountability, and a strong sense of responsibility. - Experience : 1-3 years of experience in sales support, order processing, or a related administrative role is preferred.
