Job Description :
The role involves monitoring and ensuring the quality of all electrical works, verifying compliance with project specifications, standards, and statutory requirements.
Key Responsibilities :
- Implement and manage quality control procedures for electrical works on site.
- Conduct inspections, audits, and testing of electrical installations, equipment, and materials.
- Review and verify electrical shop drawings, material submissions, and method statements for compliance.
- Monitor workmanship to ensure alignment with project specifications and quality standards.
- Prepare non-conformance reports (NCRs), track corrective actions, and ensure timely closure.
- Liaise with consultants, clients, and subcontractors to resolve quality-related issues.
- Maintain quality documentation, inspection records, and test reports.
- Support handover and commissioning by ensuring all electrical quality requirements are met.
Job Requirements :
Degree / Diploma in Electrical Engineering or related discipline.Minimum 6–8 years of experience in quality control for electrical works in large-scale construction projects.Strong knowledge of LV / MV electrical systems, standards, and QA / QC practices.Familiarity with relevant codes, regulations, and authority requirements in Singapore.Detail-oriented with strong analytical and problem-solving skills.Effective communication and coordination skills to work with multiple stakeholders.Experience in industrial or large infrastructure projects is an advantage.Willingness to work at Tuas with transportation pick up at designated MRT station.Tell employers what skills you have
