Job Description
- Greet and assist customers, providing product information and a positive experience.
- Deliver excellent customer service to ensure client satisfaction and build strong relationships.
- Handle inquiries, both in-person and online, and assist in sales transactions.
- Support the sales team by managing leads and follow-ups.
- Assist in coordinating events, exhibitions, and promotional activities.
- Maintain the gallery's appearance, ensuring displays are clean and well-organized.
- Collaborate with other departments to align strategies and achieve company goals.
