Job Description :
Company provides mechanical services including cranes, hatch covers, deck machinery, and hydraulic power units.Handle customer inquiries via phone and email, prepare and send service quotations, arrange and follow up on service progress, check parts inventory and liaise with suppliers, manage service record files, and provide regular progress updates to customers.Support in documentation and administrative tasks as required.Benefits :
