Business Workflow Analyst (Shared Services)

SATS Gateway Services provides airfreight and ground handling services including passenger services, ramp and baggage handling, aviation security services, aircraft cleaning and aviation laundry. SATS Food Solutions serves airlines and institutions, and operates central kitchens with large-scale food production and distribution capabilities for a wide range of cuisines.
A combined network of over 215 stations in 27 countries, SATS and its newly acquired Worldwide Flight Services (WFS) network processes more than 50% of global air cargo volume. SATS has been listed on the Singapore Exchange since May 2000.
Key Responsibilities
Collaborate with stakeholders across Shared Services functions to understand and document current workflows.
Map, analyze, and evaluate existing processes to uncover inefficiencies and areas for improvement.
Develop and propose streamlined workflows to optimize service delivery and reduce turnaround times.
Identify automation opportunities within Shared Services processes and work with IT / automation teams to implement solutions (e.g. RPA, workflow automation).
Create clear process documentation, including SOPs, process maps, and training materials tailored for Shared Services operations.
Facilitate workshops and interviews with cross-functional teams to gather input and drive consensus on process changes.
Monitor post-implementation performance of optimized workflows and gather feedback for continuous improvement.
Promote best practices in process improvement and automation across the Shared Services organization.
Key Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Operations Management, Information Systems, or a related field.
Proven experience in process improvement, workflow analysis, or business process management – ideally within Shared Services or corporate support functions.
Familiarity with Lean, Six Sigma, or other process improvement frameworks.
Proficiency in process mapping tools such as Microsoft Visio, Lucidchart, or equivalent.
Working knowledge of automation platforms such as UiPath, Microsoft Power Automate, or Blue Prism.
Strong interpersonal and stakeholder engagement skills, with experience working across functional teams.
Excellent communication and facilitation abilities to lead workshops and drive collaborative change.
Analytical mindset with the ability to translate complex processes into clear, actionable solutions.
Skilled in managing multiple projects in a fast‐paced, evolving environment.
Competence in data analysis to support workflow measurement and performance tracking.
