Project Manager - Construction
Deliver projects on time and within budget as a seasoned Quantity Surveyor . We seek experienced professionals to join our dynamic team in Singapore.
Roles & Responsibilities :
- Compile accurate cost estimates, detailed tenders and reports.
- Collaborate with internal teams, suppliers and subcontractors for data and pricing accuracy.
- Review project changes, assess value engineering options and their impact on costs.
- Track project performance through the tender process and monitor cost movements.
- Evaluate tender terms, addressing commercial risks and ambiguities.
- Guarantee all tender submissions meet required standards and regulations, ensuring timely completion.
