Job Summary :

Looking for a driven individual who likes to pursue a career with a leading financial services group in Asia with a presence in 18 markets. In this position, you’ll be tasked to assist various stakeholders in the business unit and supporting business activities. Additionally, you will play a vital role in delivering all tasks in an efficient and timely manner while ensuring compliance with company policies, procedures and country legislations.

Job Description :

  • Deliver personalized service over the telephone to customers in a call centre on banking products, accounts, and services enquiries in an effective and efficient manner
  • Ability to understand customers’ needs and provide appropriate solutions and attention
  • Consistently deliver excellent quality service to our customers to achieve total customer satisfaction
  • Solicit customers’ feedback and identify problem trends for improvement actions
  • Requirements :

  • Min. O level holder and above
  • Good written / verbal communication skills
  • Call centre experience
  • EA License No. 01C4394
