Responsibilities
- Coordinate project schedules, resources, and daily site activities to ensure smooth operations.
- Liaise with contractors, authorities, and external agencies for permits and regulatory compliance.
- Conduct site visits to monitor works, resolve issues, and ensure safe, quality execution.
- Prepare and manage documentation such as permits-to-work, drawings, inspection records, and safety reports.
- Ensure compliance with regulatory and safety standards throughout project lifecycle.
- Assist in procurement of materials and scheduling of equipment.
- Track inventory, manpower, and equipment usage to maintain efficiency and cost control.
- Coordinate with suppliers and contractors to avoid project delays.
- Identify opportunities for workflow improvements and cost savings.
- Enforce workplace safety, risk management procedures, and conduct toolbox meetings.
- Ad hoc duties as assigned.
Requirements
Diploma / Degree in Construction Management, Civil, Mechanical, or Utility Engineering.Minimum 2–3 years’ experience in project coordination, from construction or civil engineering industry.Prior experience or familiarity with underground utility projects will be advantageousCertification such as Gas Pipe Fitter, BCSS, or confined space supervision will be a plus.Interested applicants for the above advertised position(s), please send in your updated resume to gs1@talenttradersg.com
