In line with their continued growth and commitment to operational excellence, they are now seeking a HRBP.

Roles & Responsibilities

  • Strategic Workforce Planning : Partner with business leaders to forecast manpower needs, shape organization design, and align people strategies with business goals.
  • Talent Strategy & Employer Branding : Develop and execute talent acquisition and outreach strategies to build a sustainable talent pipeline and strengthen employer brand presence.
  • Employee Engagement & Retention : Drive initiatives to strengthen workplace culture, engagement, and retention, partnering with line managers and COEs on people-related solutions.
  • Performance & Rewards Management : Support annual performance reviews, calibration exercises, and salary reviews in collaboration with Compensation & Benefits.
  • HR Compliance & Transformation : Provide strategic insights on HR policies, regulatory changes, and lead or participate in HR transformation projects.

    • Key Requirements

  • Recognised Degree / Diploma in Human Resources, Business, or related field, with at least 6 years of relevant experience.
  • Knowledge of the Employment Act and prior experience in employee relations, counselling, and disciplinary matters.
  • Excellent stakeholder management, written and verbal communication skills.
  • Resilient, adaptable, meticulous, and resourceful; thrives in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
