Act as the technical authority on company’s products, work with Product Support Team to assist prospects and customers with technical matters
Provide pre-sales support with colleagues to provide additional technical support during the Proof of Value, to convert prospects to customers
Understand the individual use cases and needs of each customer and design, overseeing implementation of technical solutions where required
Provide feedback and technical reporting on accounts to company’s management
Requirements :
Degree / Diploma in technical / engineering discipline and has worked in innovative and fast-paced environment
Has enthusiasm for innovation, experimentation and self-development in the legal technology field
Preferably with experience in communicating with technical and senior management and / orhandling customer-facing activities (pre- / post-sales) and / ordeveloping or supporting web-based applications and related technologies
