Roles & Responsibilities
1. Core Responsibility : Recruitment & Team Expansion
Objective : Hire capable team members efficiently and effectively.
Key Duties :
- Recruit Course Sales Executives to develop and secure partnerships with kindergartens.
- Recruit STEM Teachers to conduct classes at partner kindergartens.
- Utilize multiple hiring channels (job portals, referrals, social media, headhunting, etc.) to meet recruitment targets quickly.
2. Payroll & Incentive Administration
Objective : Ensure timely, accurate, and motivating salary and incentive payouts.
Key Duties :
Calculate monthly salaries, allowances, and performance bonuses.Manage contributions such as social security and housing funds.Assist in developing simple and clear incentive programs (e.g., instant bonuses for successful sales closures).3. Compliance & Employment Processes
Objective : Minimize legal and HR risks by maintaining proper documentation and processes.
Key Duties :
Ensure all employees sign official employment contracts.Maintain structured onboarding and offboarding procedures.Address basic employee relations matters and resolve simple workplace issues.4. Employee Engagement & Retention
Objective : Foster a supportive work environment to retain key talent.
Key Duties :
Conduct regular follow-ups with new employees to support adjustment.Maintain ongoing communication with staff to understand challenges and provide assistance.Arrange simple team-building activities (e.g., informal gatherings, monthly dinners) to promote cohesion and morale.Wecruit Pte Ltd
