Roles & Responsibilities
Overview
We are looking for a detail-oriented and experienced Senior Finance cum Admin Executive to oversee both financial and administrative functions of the company. This role combines financial management, reporting, and compliance with day-to-day office administration to ensure smooth business operations. The ideal candidate is proactive, organized, and able to manage multiple responsibilities with minimal supervision.
Key Responsibilities
Finance :
- Manage full sets of accounts, including AP, AR, GL, and month-end / year-end closing.
- Prepare accurate financial statements, management reports, and cash flow forecasts.
- Handle payroll processing, staff claims, and statutory submissions (CPF, GST, Income Tax, etc.).
- Liaise with auditors, tax agents, banks, and regulatory authorities to ensure compliance.
- Monitor budgets, expenditures, and provide variance analysis.
- Ensure timely billing, invoicing, and collection of payments.
Administration :
Oversee day-to-day office administration, procurement, and vendor management.Maintain company records, contracts, and confidential documents.Support HR-related tasks such as employee onboarding, leave administration, and maintaining HR files.Coordinate logistics for meetings, events, and company activities.Implement and improve office policies, systems, and procedures for efficiency.Requirements
Diploma / Degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or related field.Minimum 4–6 years of relevant experience in finance and administrative functions.Strong knowledge of accounting standards, taxation, and statutory regulations.Proficient in accounting software (e.g., MYOB, QuickBooks, Xero, or SAP) and MS Office.Excellent organizational, time management, and multitasking skills.Strong communication and interpersonal skills to work across teams.Ability to work independently and handle confidential information with integrity.Meticulous, analytical, and detail-oriented.Preferred :
Experience in SME environment is an advantage.Professional certifications (e.g., ACCA, CPA, CAT) will be a plus.Tell employers what skills you have
