Job descriptionManage contracts : perform quantity take-offs, pricing, and prepare tender and contract documents. Source suppliers and subcontractors and obtain quotations for tendering. Track all project costs, variation orders, and related expenses. Review progress payments and variation orders, conduct cost-benefit analysis, and process variations. Act as site / project engineer : supervise work, follow construction procedures, coordinate schedules, and liaise with the project manager and architect / consultants. Prepare progress and final accounts with clients, suppliers, and subcontractors. Carry out other quantity surveying tasks as assigned by the manager or director. Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering or a Degree / Diploma in Quantity Surveying. Able to work independently and manage deadlines and multiple priorities. Positive working attitude with good communication skills. Minimum 5 years of experience in construction or a related field.
