We are searching for a highly motivated Administrative Assistant to join our team and contribute to our success. You will be responsible for providing administrative support to ensure efficient operation of the office.
Responsibilities
Communication and collaboration skills to support personnel, management and clients
Familiarity with data entry software, such as Excel, Sheets
Proficiency in office software (Microsoft Office, Google Suite)
Maintain contact lists
Produce and distribute correspondence memos, letters, faxes, and forms
Assist in the preparation of regularly scheduled reports
Decision-making skills to work autonomously and manage specific tasks
Ability to handle confidential information responsibly
Develop and maintain a filing system
In charge of Work Permit applications and workers arrangements
Qualifications
Minimum 'O' Level with 2 years work experience
Candidate with accounting experience advantage
Proven administrative or assistant experience
Knowledge of office management systems and procedures
Excellent time management skills
Attention to detail and problem-solving skills
Strong organizational and planning abilities
