Roles & Responsibilities

• Supervise maintenance and installation activities of property systems and facilities.
• Ensure proper functioning and safety of mechanical, electrical, and civil components.
• Manage vendors and contractors for upkeep of sports facilities, façades, and landscaped areas.
• Support or lead minor development projects, such as EV charger or solar panel installations, and façade repainting.
• Coordinate project timelines, budgets, and contractor deliverables to ensure successful completion.
• Oversee solar power systems, including monitoring output, scheduling maintenance, and resolving issues.
• Manage and maintain hydro-farming facilities, ensuring compliance with environmental regulations and productivity standards.
• Promote and support integration of green technologies within the property.
• Plan and execute periodic inspections to maintain high property standards.
• Assist leasing teams with technical aspects of properties, especially for newer amenities like EV chargers and recreational facilities.
• Maintain accurate records of maintenance works, warranties, utilities, and contractor performance.
• Ensure all installations comply with local regulations, safety standards, and internal guidelines.
• Prepare technical and operational reports for management review.
