How you succeed

To excel in this role, you will need to possess a strong technical foundation, excellent analytical skills, and the ability tomunicate effectively with various stakeholders. You will need to be proactive, flexible, and able to work well under pressure to resolveplex technical issues. Your success will be measured by your ability to provide timely and effective support, identify and resolve issues promptly, and contribute to the continuous improvement of our applications.

What you do

• Provide L2 support for applications, including troubleshooting, issue resolution, and root cause analysis
• Analyze issues raised by users or reported by monitoring systems, and provide workaround solutions
• Follow up with vendors to ensure timely resolution of issues
• Understand job dependencies and recover failed jobs
• Define and implement job automation
• Support regular simulation of disaster recovery scenarios
• Specify monitoring requirements and observe system abnormalities to prevent issues
• Conduct application capacity planning and performance tuning
• Perform regular application reviews to ensurepliance with technology security standards

Who you work with

Global Operations & Technology co-creates products and solutions, building the underlying technology applications and services, and managing the Group's IT operations & cyber defence. As a key member of this team, you will work closely with various stakeholders to ensure the smooth operation of our applications and drive business success.
